Wedding Planning Packages

Simple
$1250 (includes up to 25 hours)

  • Meet six weeks prior to wedding to review details
  • Create a timeline
  • Create a floor plan
  • Call vendors 10 days before to confirm all pertinent details and directions
  • Call vendors 2 days before, as a reminder
  • Bring extensive emergency kit on the wedding day
  • Run the rehearsal with officiant
  • Handle problems without having to ask client (when possible)
  • Act as liaison to vendors day-of

Classic
$2500 (includes up to 50 hours)
All of the above, plus:

  • Meet once a month for the eight months prior to wedding
  • Meet weekly the month prior to wedding
  • Help choose vendors and locations
  • Event design and guidance, maximizing impact for dollars spent
  • Consulting by phone and email, as needed
  • Put welcome bags together and deliver to hotel(s)

Timeless
$5000 (includes up to 100 hours)
All of the above, plus:

  • Attend all vendor meetings
  • Storyboard of wedding design
  • Unlimited hours worked on the wedding day

Additional Events or Consulting
$65 per hour
